问题1：我可以一次使用多张优惠券吗？

您每个订单只能使用一张优惠券。请注意，您不能合并多张优惠券。

Q3: How can I find a product I purchased before?

A: If you placed the order while signed in, go to My Account and select Orders.
If you checked out as a guest, search your email for the order confirmation or contact Customer Care using the email address entered at checkout.

Q4: Why can’t I add more units of an item to my cart?

A: The selected colour or size may have limited stock, or a purchase limit may apply. Please choose another option or contact Customer Care if you need a larger quantity.

Q5: Is there a fee for cash on delivery?

A: No. No fee for cash on delivery (COD). For credit card payments, we offer free gifts with orders—check the product page for details.

问题1：我需要创建账户吗？

Q2：为什么我的付款失败？

可能的问题：卡片限制、信息不正确（号码/到期日/CVV）、余额不足或网络错误。请联系您的银行或更换支付方式（例如，PayPal/货到付款）。

Q3: 我想重新购买，但我该如何查找我之前购买的产品？

请登录到您的账户 VEIMIA。访问“我的账户”，您可以找到您的订单号。B 通过点击任何订单，您可以查看该订单的详细信息。

Q4: What should I do if the bra band feels too tight?

A: Recheck your underbust measurement and make sure the bra is fastened on the loosest hook when first worn. Fit may vary by style and fabric stretch. If you need a larger band, the cup size may also need to be adjusted, so please check the product size chart or contact Customer Care before exchanging the item.

Q5: What should I do if the size doesn’t fit?

A: Contact support@veimia.com with your order number, the item name, and the reason the size does not fit. Photos are only required if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or the packaging arrived damaged.
We will provide return or exchange instructions based on the eligibility conditions in our Return Policy.

* The Philippines : Average delivery time is 7-10 business days.

* Thailand : Average delivery time is 8-10 business days.

* Hong Kong : Average delivery time is 3-5 business days.

* United States: Average delivery time is 6-10 business days.

Q4: How do I track my order?

A: You can tap the delivery truck icon at the top left of the page, then check using the email used for your purchase or your order number.
If no tracking result appears, your order has not shipped yet.

Q5: Where can I find my tracking number?

A: The tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email sent after your package is dispatched. Check your inbox/spam folder.
